Brand Manager - RedShield Fire Safety equipment

Argonaut for Engineering and Energy is hiring a

Brand Manager

to lead the commercial development and market growth of “RedShield”, the company’s fire safety equipment brand.RedShield focuses on fire safety products, including fire pump skids and related firefighting equipment.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, technical understanding, and the ability to build a product brand in the market.The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing RedShield’s customer base, increasing sales, managing product positioning, supporting stock movement, and coordinating with internal teams to grow the brand in the Egyptian market.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.Experience in firefighting, pumps, MEP, HVAC, industrial equipment, or technical sales is preferred.Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Ability to understand technical datasheets, product specifications, and project requirements.Existing network with contractors, firefighting companies, MEP contractors, or traders is a strong advantage.Good reporting and follow-up discipline.Ability to use CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different internal departments.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to take ownership of a growing product brand.
