Brand Marketing Executive

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Marketing Executive to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesPlan and manage ATL campaigns and lead BTL activities including events, activations, trade marketing, and promotionsOversee content strategy and creation across digital and offline platforms to ensure consistent brand messagingBuild and manage strategic partnerships and brand collaborations to expand market reachIdentify new collaboration opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreementsCoordinate with media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless executionMonitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, optimize ROI, and manage the marketing budget effectively

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field1–4 years of relevant marketing experienceProven experience in ATL, BTL, content development, and partnership managementStrong negotiation, communication, and analytical skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
