Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy across a diverse range of pesticides, agrochemicals, and bio-solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated brand strategies for pesticides and agrochemical products
• Enhance brand positioning and market share across various sectors
• Lead marketing campaigns (online and offline) in line with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with the Our Teams to translate technical information into effective marketing messages
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support decision-making
• Manage brand identity, communication, and product positioning
• Oversee digital presence, content creation, and promotional activities
• Track performance, KPIs, and ROI for all marketing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field* 7-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in agrochemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, or the agricultural sector is highly preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and skills Analytical Skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
