About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Building Operations & Maintenance Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience.

In this critical role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of building systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and schedule a team of technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate all maintenance and operational activities.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
  • Manage end-to-end building maintenance projects.
  • Supervise third-party service providers and contractors.
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.

Required Technical Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression systems, BMS, and civil maintenance.
  • Proven experience implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Strong costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation skills.
  • Proficiency with CMMS, MS Project, or similar planning tools.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in building operations, facility management, or MEP maintenance project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
  • Experience leading teams of at least 5–10 technical staff.
  • Experience managing maintenance projects for government or private sector facilities.
  • PMP, CMRP, FMP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
