Overview: As a key member of our IT/Software Development and Analyst/Research teams, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You will be instrumental in defining requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that enhance our operational efficiency and strategic capabilities.

Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Perform comprehensive business analysis to gather, document, and manage stakeholder requirements for various projects.Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications.Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and end-users throughout the entire project lifecycle.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies and tools.Skills/Technologies: You will regularly apply your expertise in Analysis, Business Analysis, and foundational knowledge of Computer Science.

Experience with Data Modeling, SQL, and various Requirements Gathering techniques will be essential.
