7+ years of experience in Business Consulting / Strategy / OperationsProven experience in strategy development or business transformationStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience in project evaluation and business case developmentSolid understanding of governance and process optimizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance strategy with hands-on execution
