Business Development Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our contracting company in Cairo, Egypt.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new project opportunities.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.Track market opportunities and tender announcements.Lead prequalification and registration activities.Coordinate with technical and commercial teams during tender stages.Prepare presentations, company profiles, and capability statements.Support strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.Maintain and expand the company’s client network.

Required Skills & Expertise:7-12 years of progressive experience in business development roles, specifically within the construction or related engineering sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldA proven track record in Business Development within the Construction industry.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian construction marketExisting network within developers, consultants, and clients is highly preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong presentation and relationship management abilitiesVery good command of English
