Business Excellence Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organization's Business Excellence and QHSE strategy.Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).Drive operational excellence, business process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across all business functions.Establish and monitor business performance KPIs and quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, client standards, and international best practices.Lead risk management, incident investigations, safety audits, and Permit-to-Work processes.Promote a culture of quality, customer focus, innovation, accountability, and safety throughout the organization.Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.Build, coach, and develop the Business Excellence & QHSE team while strengthening organizational capabilities.Manage relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and external stakeholders.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.Master's degree is an advantage.Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Facility Management, Construction, or Business Excellence/QHSE.Minimum 2 years in a senior management or leadership position.Hospitality experience is considered an advantage.Fluency in both English and Arabic.Technical ExpertiseStrong expertise in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).Proven experience in Service Quality Management and Business Excellence.Strong understanding of operational excellence, governance, process improvement, and organizational performance.Experience in KPI management, risk management, auditing, compliance, and data analytics.NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.Previous Leadership CapabilitiesProven track record of leading large-scale organizations.Experience managing managers.Experience leading 2–3 organizational management layers.Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and developing leadership teams.Strong experience driving organizational transformation, continuous improvement, and cultural change.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
