Business Process Analyst

Analyze existing business processes and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.Conduct meetings and workshops with stakeholders to understand business operations and gather process-related requirements.Develop and document policies, procedures, SOPs, workflows, process maps, and business forms.Prepare “As-Is” and “To-Be” process documentation and recommend optimization initiatives.Ensure process alignment with company policies, governance standards, and operational objectives.Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.Participate in internal audit observations follow-up and support corrective action implementation.Identify gaps in processes, controls, and documentation, and recommend enhancement actions.Coordinate with departments to ensure proper implementation of approved policies and procedures.Prepare reports, presentations, process analysis summaries, and improvement recommendations for management.Assist in developing KPIs and process performance monitoring mechanisms.Support organizational change initiatives and promote process compliance awareness.Maintain proper documentation and version control for policies and procedures.

EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience2–3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, operations, or business excellence.Experience in policy and procedure development is preferred.Experience in corporate governance, operational excellence, or quality management is an advantage.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of business process mapping and workflow analysis.

Experience in preparing policies, SOPs, and process documentation.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and governance practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.
