Business Solutions Manager

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Lead business transformation and process optimization initiatives.

Manage the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Develop business cases, solution proposals, and implementation plans.

Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics.

Provide user training, support, and change management activities Ensure solutions align with business objectives and company strategy.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Business Solutions, Business Analysis, ERP Implementation, or Digital Transformation.

Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.

Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. PMP, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
