CAFM Specialist (Computer-Aided Facility Management)

We are currently looking for a CAFM ( Computer-Aided Facility Management )

Specialist with UAE Experience to join our hospital.

Requirements :

• Strong technical proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software systems.- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.- Project management and systems integration capabilities.- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.- Effective communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities.- 3–5 years of experience in asset/property control or similar role .- UAE Experience in healthcare or large organizations is an advantage.
