Own the full P&L and drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Lead business expansion across domestic and international markets.

Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Develop a high-performing executive leadership team and strengthen company culture.

Establish strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and corporate governance requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field.

An MBA is preferred. 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Food & Beverage / FMCG industries.

Proven experience as CEO, Managing Director, COO, or General Manager.

Strong track record in business growth, export development, and operational transformation.

Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Strong financial acumen with proven P&L ownership experience.
