Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule to ensure optimal time management.Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes when needed, and follow up on action points.Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the CEO in a professional and timely manner.Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and all related logistics for business trips.Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and business documents required by the CEO.Follow up with department heads and key stakeholders on pending tasks, updates, and deadlines as directed by the CEO.Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.Screen and prioritize requests, visitors, and issues requiring the CEO’s attention.Support the CEO in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities to ensure smooth workflow and business continuity.Assist in organizing executive events, board meetings, and strategic business discussions when required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership or C-level executives.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
