About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team.

The CFO will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring strong governance, transparency, and compliance across all financial operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy in alignment with corporate goals.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Manage accounting, treasury, and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and capital structure optimization.Support business decisions through financial analysis, risk assessment, and data-driven insights.Ensure proper internal controls, auditing, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Partner with the executive team to identify opportunities for business growth, cost optimization, and financial sustainability.Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Prepare financial presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is a strong plus.MBA Certificate is a plus.Minimum 15–20 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and managing cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate governance, and risk management.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.High level of integrity, business acumen, and decision-making capability.
