Chemical Engineer

Oversee the receipt, storage, and handling of chemical raw materialsEnsure proper material specifications and compatibilityMonitor and optimize raw material consumption to reduce waste and costCoordinate with procurement regarding material quality and supplier performanceConduct quality checks and approve raw materials before production useDevelop and improve processes for chemical mixing, reactions, and formulationsEnsure compliance with safety standards (MSDS, handling procedures, hazardous materials regulations)Investigate and resolve issues related to raw material defects or inconsistenciesMaintain accurate records of material usage, losses, and inventoryWork closely with warehouse, production, and QC teams

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory)Additional certifications in safety or process engineering are a plus2–5+ years in chemical manufacturing, raw materials, or industrial operationsExperience in handling bulk chemicals, storage systems, and material controlFamiliarity with warehouse–production coordination
