Chemical Section Head

Supervise and manage all chemical section activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Oversee epoxy painting processes and production lines, ensuring quality and consistency.Monitor process performance, identify problems, and implement effective corrective actions.Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet operational targets.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to chemical processes and performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.Train, guide, and support team members within the chemical section.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.Proven experience in epoxy painting processes and/or production lines.Strong ability to cooperate and communicate effectively, especially with non‑technical teams.Good computer literacy.Exceptional problem‑solving skills.Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
