Chief Accounting

Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting.Previous experience in Real Estate / Development is A Must .Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Experience in GL , Cash Flow Management , Financial Reporting , cost accounting , external & internal audit ,ERP Systems and Budgeting &Forecasting .

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including experience in a Chief accounting role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.Hands-on experience with customer and supplier settlements.Experience in Real Estate or Construction is A MustExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.Strong analytical and leadership skills.
