A reputable and well-established coffee and bakery chain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to lead our coffee and restaurant chain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage operations, a proven track record in managing coffee shops and restaurant chains, and the ability to drive growth, operational excellence, and profitability.

Requirements:* Minimum experience in Food & Beverage management (coffee & restaurant chains preferred).

• Relevant university degree.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong expertise in financial statements, P&L, and inventory management.
• Excellent knowledge of international food safety standards & HACCP.
