Civil Engineer

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCivil Works & MarbleConduct daily inspections of all areas in Al Azhar Park (restaurants, asphalt roads, marble walkways, and the pumping station) to identify any damage, prepare technical condition reports, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval for the required maintenance.Execute work orders related to maintenance activities throughout the park.Design and prepare engineering drawings for new construction projects within the park.Calculate the quantities of raw materials required for maintenance works, prepare purchase requests, and obtain approval from the Department Manager.Prepare daily maintenance reports and submit them to the Department Manager.Supervise the implementation of maintenance plans developed based on inspection reports.Assign maintenance tasks to the maintenance team, allocate work locations, and supervise execution.Prepare work schedules, leave plans, disciplinary actions, and recommend employee promotions.Receive suppliers after contract award, inspect delivered materials, and supervise material distribution and installation.Carpentry WorksConduct daily inspections of all carpentry works in the park (restroom doors, wooden pergolas, wooden benches, and wooden ceilings), prepare technical condition reports, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval for the required maintenance.Assign carpentry tasks to the work team, allocate maintenance sites, and supervise execution.Receive suppliers, inspect carpentry materials upon delivery, and supervise installation.Prepare work schedules, leave plans, disciplinary actions, and recommend employee promotions.Painting WorksConduct daily inspections of all painting works, including wood stain finishes, plastic paints, and duco paints in the park (administration building, pergolas, restaurants, benches, and tables), prepare technical reports, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval for the required painting works.Calculate the quantities of raw materials required for painting works, prepare purchase requests, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval.Assign painting tasks to the work team, allocate maintenance sites, and supervise execution.Prepare work schedules, leave plans, disciplinary actions, and recommend employee promotions.Metal Works (Fabrication)Conduct daily inspections of all metal works in the park (children's playground equipment, fountain access covers, and door fabrication), prepare technical reports, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval for the required maintenance.Supervise the daily maintenance of the children's playground and carry out metal fabrication works such as fiberglass components, benches, and related items.Prepare and execute metalwork designs and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.Calculate the quantities of raw materials required for metal works, prepare purchase requests, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval.Receive suppliers, inspect delivered metalwork materials, and supervise installation.Prepare work schedules, leave plans, disciplinary actions, and recommend employee promotions.Plumbing WorksConduct daily inspections of all plumbing systems in the park (restrooms, internal drainage systems, etc.), prepare technical condition reports, and obtain the Department Manager’s approval for the required maintenance.Provide recommendations and practical solutions to resolve plumbing issues, including internal drainage problems.Receive suppliers, inspect delivered plumbing materials, and supervise installation.Prepare work schedules, leave plans, disciplinary actions, and recommend employee promotions.
