Civil Site Engineer

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications.Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, documenting project milestones and addressing any issues or delays.Conduct site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve technical challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring timely availability and quality compliance.Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.Oversee the work of junior engineers, technicians, and laborers, providing guidance and mentorship.Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to facilitate project success and client satisfaction.

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site management.Excellent English is A Must

• Turkish Language knowledge is a huge plusExperience with multiple projects, especially startup projectsAutoCAD and MS Office KnowledgeStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings and specifications.Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.Willingness to work on-site (on-premises) and adapt to changing project requirements.
