Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Civil Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in construction site execution, particularly in reinforced concrete works.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and verifying that all works are carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with the approved project schedule.Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control standards.Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during construction.Review shop drawings and method statements before execution.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Verify quantities executed and support the preparation of payment certificates.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Coordinate inspections and handover activities with consultants and clients.Manage site resources efficiently to achieve project objectives.
