Responsibilities:Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with architectural drawings, civil engineering specifications, and project plans.Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures to guarantee the integrity and durability of all structural components and finishes.Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project progression.Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and identify potential risks or delays, proposing proactive solutions.Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and standards on the construction site, fostering a secure working environment for all personnel.Conduct site inspections and surveys, performing necessary calculations and adjustments to maintain project accuracy.Manage and optimize on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
