Civil Site Engineer

Lead the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects related to water treatment, wastewater management, and steam systems.Oversee site investigations, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to ensure project viability and compliance with industry standards.Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for civil works.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineers, to deliver integrated project solutions.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely completion.Supervise contractors and on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals and ensure client satisfaction.Support the procurement process by evaluating technical bids and recommending suitable materials and equipment.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.5 to 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering, preferably within water treatment, wastewater, or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of civil design principles, construction methods, and relevant codes and standards.Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles, from concept to completion.Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction and water treatment sectors.Ability to work on-site (office-based arrangement) and travel to project locations as required.
