Clinic & Patient Experience Manager

A leading Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinic in Mohandeseen is looking for an experienced Clinic & Patient Experience Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality patient experience.

Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinicSupervise the patient experience and front desk teamsEnsure smooth patient flow and appointment managementHandle patient concerns and resolve issues professionallyDevelop and improve clinic processes and service standardsMonitor team performance and provide coaching when neededPrepare operational reports and recommendations for management

Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 4-6 years of experience in clinic management, healthcare, customer experience, hospitality, or operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication skills in Arabic and EnglishAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailPreferred Background:Aesthetic ClinicsDental ClinicsMedical CentersHospitalityHealthcare Operations
