Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Junior Nutritionist to join our wellness clinic team.

The role involves supporting patients throughout their nutrition and weight-management journey, preparing personalized nutrition plans, monitoring progress, and working closely with the medical team to ensure a safe and consistent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Conduct initial nutrition assessments and collect patients’ dietary and lifestyle information.
• ⁠ ⁠Take and record relevant measurements such as weight, body composition, and other available assessment data.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare personalized nutrition plans according to each patient’s goals, lifestyle, medical recommendations, and treatment plan.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow up with patients regularly and monitor their progress.
• ⁠ ⁠Adjust nutrition plans based on patient progress and feedback, under the clinic’s approved protocols.
• ⁠ ⁠Support patients enrolled in weight-loss and body-recomposition programs.
• ⁠ ⁠Provide practical guidance regarding nutrition, hydration, meal planning, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• ⁠ ⁠Coordinate with doctors regarding patient progress, concerns, and required adjustments.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate and updated patient records on the clinic management system.
• ⁠ ⁠Communicate with patients through approved clinic channels when follow-up is required.
• ⁠ ⁠Help improve patient adherence and motivation throughout their program.
• ⁠ ⁠Identify situations requiring medical or senior nutritionist review and escalate appropriately.
• ⁠ ⁠Follow clinic policies, professional standards, confidentiality requirements, and approved clinical protocols.
• ⁠ ⁠Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development.
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain a professional, welcoming, and high-quality patient experience.
