Clinical Research Coordinator

An Eye Center is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Research & Patient Follow-up Assistant to support our refractive surgery team.The successful candidate will assist with patient follow-up, data collection, clinical databases, Excel reporting, and research projects.

This position is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, clinical research, and medical data management.

Contact refractive surgery patients for routine postoperative follow-up.Collect and document patient feedback and clinical outcomes accurately.Maintain organized patient databases and Excel spreadsheets.Enter, verify, and update patient information with a high degree of accuracy.Assist in gathering and organizing clinical data for research projects, audits, and presentations.Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.Coordinate with physicians and administrative staff regarding patient follow-up.Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professional communication at all times.Perform other administrative and research-related duties as needed.
