Clinical Support

Key Responsibilities:????

Provide clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals regarding medical products and procedures.????

Assist in training and educating medical staff on product usage and best practices.????

Support clinical procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards.????

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.????

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.????

Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.????

Monitor and report any product-related issues or adverse events.????

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or related field.✔ Previous experience in clinical support, healthcare, or medical devices is preferred.✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.✔ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies:
