Club Manager

Manage and supervise all club operations and activities.Lead, motivate, and develop the club team.Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction.Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance.Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and revenue.Coordinate events, programs, and member engagement activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.Handle member feedback and resolve issues effectively.Prepare regular operational and performance reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in club management or a similar leadership role.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and team management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.Preferred to be a resident of October City or nearby areas.
