Supervise daily CNC operations (Laser, Plasma, etc.)
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
Lead and support CNC operators
Ensure quality standards are maintained
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC operations
Experience in Steel Fabrication is a must
Strong knowledge of CNC machines (Laser / Plasma)
Leadership and team management skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure Accommodation provided2 days offSocial & Medical insurance
