Cold Caller - US Medical Offices

We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to reach out to doctor offices and healthcare providers to schedule meetings with our team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, handling objections, and communicating professionally with medical staff.

Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to doctor offices and medical practicesIntroduce our services clearly and professionallySchedule meetings/appointments with decision-makersFollow up on previous calls and maintain communicationUpdate call logs and track progress in CRM or spreadsheetsMeet daily/weekly call and appointment targets

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment settingExperience in medical billing or healthcare industry is a plusExperience calling US-based doctor offices preferredStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to handle rejection and stay motivatedGood English (spoken and written)Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, CRM tools)
