Collection Officer

A Collection SR Officer – Agencies & Telecalling in a non-banking financial institution oversees loan recovery by coordinating with external collection agencies and also contacting customers directly by phone for overdue payments.They track delinquent accounts, monitor recovery performance, and ensure collections follow company policies and regulations.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.Background: Experience in Consumer Finance, Banking, or Automotive Showrooms is preferred.
