Commercial Manager (Lighting)

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry to lead business operations and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will possess deep market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in achieving business objectives and expanding market presence.Lead overall business operations and execute strategic growth plans within the lighting sector.Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to achieve high performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and suppliers.Manage and grow major accounts while achieving sales and profitability targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with top management to support strategic planning and decision-making.Prepare business reports and present performance updates directly to the Board.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.MBA is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions such as Sales Team Leader or Sales Section Head.Strong exposure to European lighting products and solutions.Proven experience in managing large accounts and achieving aggressive sales targets.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong business acumen and market awareness within the lighting industry.
