Commercial Officer

Key Responsibilities:Develop and track project opportunities within the assigned region.Establish and maintain relationships with regional clients and partners.Participate in various regional business development and commercial activities.Assist in project prequalification, tender preparation, pricing, and contract negotiations within the region.Provide local support and coordination services for project execution to other company departments operating in the region.Carry out routine commercial operations, including documentation and filing of commercial materials, preparation of commercial reports, and coordination with internal departments.Complete other tasks assigned by the department and regional management.

Basic Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.Experience: At least 3 years of experience in market development or commercial negotiation in engineering consultancy, project management, or trade within Egypt or the Middle East/North Africa region.

Experience working with Chinese companies is preferred.Skills:Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).Basic Chinese communication skills are preferred.Familiar with Egyptian engineering project tendering procedures, contract regulations, and commercial practices.Strong capabilities in market research, client relationship management, and negotiation.
