The Community Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with KODE members, enhancing their overall experience, and driving engagement within the club.
This role ensures that every member feels welcomed, heard, and connected through meaningful interactions, events, and initiatives that strengthen KODE’s community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:Build positive relationships and ensure exceptional member experiences.Handle inquiries, feedback, and member conflicts calmly and professionally.Support community events, tournaments, and social activities.Encourage member participation and engagement across the club.Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless member journey.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.0–2 years of experience in community management, hospitality, or customer service.Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.Friendly, proactive, and passionate about helping people.Fluent in English and Arabic.
