Compliance & Risk Management Supervisor

Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.Develop, implement, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.Conduct compliance reviews and audits to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.Liaise with regulatory authorities and support regulatory inspections and reporting.Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations.

5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or regulatory roles.Proven experience in compliance practices within GCC countries are preferredExperience in financial services, gold & precious metals trading, or regulated industries is a plusFluent in English (spoken and written)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.Professional certifications are preferred
