ResponsibilitiesMastering Financial Operations: Oversee and manage all accounting functions related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Strategic Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing critical insights to project managers and senior leadership.Budget & Cost Control: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, meticulously tracking costs and identifying areas for optimization.Reporting Excellence: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts, presenting clear and actionable data.Ensuring Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies within the construction sector.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with project management teams, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Proven Expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years of dedicated experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong preference for experience within the construction industry.Financial Acumen: Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting principles and practices, coupled with a solid understanding of Finance operations.Construction Finance Pro: Direct experience in Construction Accounting, including project costing, job costing, and contract accounting.Analytical Prowess: Exceptional skills in Financial Analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Budget Management Maestro: Proven track record in Budget Management and control, ensuring projects stay on track financially.Reporting Excellence: Strong capabilities in Financial Reporting, preparing accurate and timely financial statements.Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP Systems relevant to the construction sector.Compliance Champion: Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices, with a commitment to Compliance and Auditing standards.Risk Navigator: Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks, contributing to sound Risk Management strategies.Keen Eye for Detail: Unwavering Attention to Detail and accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.
