Construction Manager

Lead and oversee all construction and execution activities to ensure full compliance with project drawings and schedules.Efficiently manage available resources to maximize productivity and minimize waste.Represent the company before consultants and manage the handover of completed works to ensure timely technical approvals.Identify and analyze site risks, and develop proactive contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted project progress.Prepare Method Statements and supervise their accurate implementation by site teams and subcontractors.Monitor adherence to quality standards and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.Control and track project operational costs within the approved budget.Oversee and manage contractual claims.Evaluate engineering and technical staff performance, and facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance team capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.10–15 years of experience in the construction industry, with proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale projects.PMP certification or an MBA is a plus.Proficiency in engineering software and project planning tools.
