Continuous Improvement Engineer

Lead/represent and participate in the continuous improvement Initiatives to focus on efficiency in the operations by:Working with business operations to continuously improve performance (Safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and morale…),Identify, propose, and carry out improvements inside the workshops,Ensure the accuracy of methods time studies.Coordinate continuous improvement projects. (productivity, 5S, ergonomy, etc.)Represent & execute the General management’s policiesSupport Team Leaders in progress management.Train and coach employees based on Continuous Improvement.Propose and implement improvements allowing the setting up of CI.Design for layout flow by CAD.Define, train, and Implement all Lean Basics inside the OperationParticipate and support teams to identify Muda (VA, NVA …)Implementation of Lean Tools (VSM, 5S, Spaghetti charts, Simogram, TPM, SMED, PFEP…)Standardize operational tools to collect data and deliver KPIs.

EducationUniversity degree in Mechanical production/ Industrial engineering or related.Experience

• 3- 5 years in a similar experience.Computer SkillsMS Office, Power Apps , Power BILanguages Excellent professional communication in English written and spokenFrench is Plus
