Responsibilities:Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.Support other teams with various tasks( Via Hangout, and Whatsapp Chat)Sending EmailsMonitoring Power BI and ClearcommAssigning casesManage case distribution to Stage operatorsSend daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Qualifications:Any bachelor's Degree (Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or pharmacy is preferred).Excellent computer skills Specially Excel.Excellent English Level (B2).Experience in guide design is a huge plus.Skills:Teamwork and collaborationEffective Communication SkillsTime Management
