- Draft contracts and otherlegal documentsin both English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Preparememosandlegal correspondenceas directed by the Legal Manager.
- Assist in managinginternal investigationsrelated to any policy violation or manage to settle the disputes internally according to the labor law.
- Serve as a point of contact forEgyptian labor issues, providing guidance and support to relevant departments and stakeholders as required.
- Develop a working knowledge ofEgypt laws,Saudi Arabian lawand regulations, with a focus on areas relevant to the packaging manufacturing industry.
- Stay informed about changes to relevant laws and regulations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and ensure that the company remains in compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
- Collaborate with other members of the legal team and cross-functional teams to provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues.
- Establishing the legal framework for the company in Egypt, ensuring adherence to Egyptian labor regulations, and engaging with government authorities to develop a robust legal infrastructure for our Group.
- Archiving all legal department documents.
- Provide expert legal advice on topics, including regulations, competition, corporate affairs, commercial agreements, procurement, and employment law.
- Legal Dispute Resolution: Handle coordination of legal disputes and litigation with external legal counsels/firms and represent the company's interests if needed
- Maintain a database of all active contracts and ensure timely renewal or termination as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide legal insights and support in decision-making processes.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree inlaw, preferably English or French division.
- From3 to 5 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on contract drafting, document review, and legal research.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding ofEgyptian & Saudi law including Labor law, Civil law, Commercial lawand any related law based on job scope.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Saudi Arabian law and regulations.
High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to upholding legal and ethical principles
- Ability to assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate risks while supporting company's business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- ExcellentArabic writing and communication skillswith good business English.
- Strong Excel, online research, reporting, and data-management skills.
- Ability to read and understand tender documents, specifications, commercial requirements, and procurement conditions.
- Highly organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
