Corporate Legal Manager.

Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide legal advice to management on corporate and commercial matters.Handle corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.Identify and mitigate legal risks across the business.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law.7–10 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs.Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws.Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
