Cost Accountant

Collect cost information and maintain an expense database.Build data accumulation systems for the organization.Identify fixed costs.Plan and record variable costs.Review the organization's standard and actual costs.Prepare budget reports.Analyze and report the organization's profit margins.Monitor inventory and conduct planned and surprise inventory changes.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts.Assist with month-end and year-end closing.Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions and guide the organization's expenditures.

The ability to enumerate all products and determine their nature and specifications.Knowledge of methods for analyzing all types and stages of the industrial process that occur during the production phase.Proficiency in collecting data related to cost elements, including documents, notices, material usage costs, labor costs, and the costs of purchasing and producing services.The ability to analyze cost elements in order to allocate them to the unit produced budget.Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, rules, and standards, and the preparation of budgets and financial statements.Excellent knowledge of using accounting software and electronic systems, with particular proficiency in Excel.The ability to prepare cost reports and systems, management accounting statements, financial analysis, and statistical reports for financial data.
