Responsibilities:Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability studies, and cost-benefit assessments.Prepare comprehensive cost reports and budgets, offering actionable insights to management.Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand operational processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Support inventory valuation and control procedures, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in Cost Accounting or a related financial role.Mastery in Cost Accounting: A proven track record in applying cost accounting principles and methodologies.Exceptional Financial Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.Strong Accounting Foundation: Comprehensive understanding of general accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting: Expertise in developing and managing budgets and financial forecasts.Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills: Capability to utilize Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.ERP System Experience: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, preferably SAP.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
