Cost Accountant (Manufacturing & Inventory)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our Finance team.

The successful candidate will support manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting activities.

Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance are encouraged to apply.This role offers a strong learning environment and exposure to industrial operations, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and ERP systems.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and maintaining product costing and cost allocation reports.Monitor and analyze manufacturing, production, and inventory costs.Support inventory valuation and monthly inventory reconciliations.Assist in variance analysis between standard and actual costs.Participate in monthly closing activities related to costing and inventory.Review material consumption, production reports, and stock movements.Prepare cost analysis reports and recommendations for management.Support the implementation and maintenance of costing procedures and controls.Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure costing accuracy.Utilize ERP systems to generate reports and analyze financial and operational data.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in accounting, costing, inventory accounting, or finance.Fresh graduates with high academic achievement are encouraged to apply.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Good command of English.Advanced Excel skills are preferred.Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.Experience with any ERP system is considered a plus.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
