Cost Accountant Section Head (Construction Experience)

We're Hiring | Cost Accountant Section HeadLocation: New CairoConcrete Plus is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant Section Head to lead the cost accounting function and support effective financial control across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise the cost accounting team.Oversee project costing, budgeting, and cost analysis.Review and approve cost reports, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.Monitor project profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure accurate cost allocation across projects.Coordinate with Finance and Project Management teams to improve cost control processes.Develop and enhance cost accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.8–10 years of experience in cost accounting, including team leadership experience.Previous experience in construction companies is a must.Strong knowledge of project costing and construction accounting.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

ERP experience (Odoo is preferred).
