- Lead and supervise the costing activities within the manufacturing facility.
- Prepare and analyze product costing and standard costs based on BOM, raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overheads.
- Monitor actual production costs versus standard costs and analyze variances.
- Review and maintain BOMs, cost sheets, and product cost calculations.
- Analyze raw material consumption, production expenses, and manufacturing variances.
- Prepare monthly costing reports and variance analysis for management.
- Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile inventory movements with accounting records.
- Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate cost calculations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support management in improving production cost efficiency.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning activities.
- Ensure accurate allocation of direct and indirect manufacturing costs.
- Supervise the costing team and ensure timely completion of all costing activities.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in Home Appliances / Electrical Appliances manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing, BOM, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Good understanding of production processes and material consumption.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
