Curriculum Developer

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Curriculum Developer to work on a project-based assignment focused on developing foundational learning programs for children.The project will cover Arabic, English, Mathematics, and Learning Difficulties, with a strong focus on creating structured, engaging, and practical educational content.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and gamified learning.

Previous work samples or a ready-made curriculum portfolio are required.

Responsibilities:Develop structured foundational curricula for children in Arabic, English, Mathematics, and Learning Difficulties.Create clear scope and sequence plans, learning outcomes, lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teacher guides.Design age-appropriate educational content suitable for children at different learning levels.Apply gamification techniques to make the learning experience more interactive, engaging, and motivating.Develop practical activities, exercises, and assessment tools to support learning progress.Ensure that the curriculum is easy for teachers to implement and suitable for online or offline delivery.Adapt and enhance existing educational materials when needed.Submit sample units or modules for review before final approval.Work closely with the management team to align the curriculum with the required educational objectives and delivery model.

Proven experience in curriculum development for children.Strong background in foundational education, especially Arabic, English, Mathematics, or Learning Difficulties.Experience in instructional design and educational content development.Good understanding of gamification and interactive learning methods.Ability to create worksheets, activity books, lesson plans, teacher guides, and assessment tools.Experience in designing content for different learning levels and individual differences.Previous experience with children aged 4 to 12 is highly preferred.Experience in online education or blended learning is a plus.Strong writing, organization, and content structuring skills.Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.Applicants must share a CV and portfolio or samples of previous curriculum work.Candidates with ready-made curriculum packages or educational materials will be highly preferred.
