Main Responsibilities:* Main contact for customer while manageing and developing customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production – Logistics – Finance
- Quality) to ensure smooth order execution
- Support business development activities and contribute to sales growth
- Maintain continuous communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Monitor customer satisfaction & improve customer experience.
- Prepare CRM reports.
- Reports on customer feedback.
Requirements:* Very good command of English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional email handling
- Practical, problem-solving personality
- Experienced in team working
