Customer Care Pharmacist (Chain Pharmacies) - ERX

Provide quality, efficient and non-judgmental telephone customer service to patients.Maintains the agreed-on average handling time as defined by Contact Center Management guidelines to ensure ease of accessibility and maintain the agreed-on SL.Updates the existing database with changes and the status of each patient whenever required and completes call logs and reports so that we have a valid reference and database for our customers to ensure proper planning & to guarantee to make the right decisions.

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.1 year+ experience in chain pharmacies.Good in English & Arabic (Written and spoken)Very good computer skills.
