Customer Quality Engineer (CQE)

In this role, you’ll be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:✔️ Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related matters.✔️ Handle customer complaints, quality issues, and product defects.✔️ Manage customer claims and returns (RMA process).✔️ Lead and follow up on 8D reports and root cause analysis.✔️ Monitor and report customer quality KPIs, including PPM, customer complaints, and OTD impact.✔️ Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.-Experience in Customer Quality, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing.-Strong knowledge of 8D methodology, Root Cause Analysis, and quality management tools.-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.-Fluent in English.
